Icarus FPGA

Designed by ngzhang (later co-founder of Canaan Creative), the Icarus packed two Xilinx Spartan-6 FPGAs on a single board and delivered ~380 MH/s at under 20W — far more efficient than any GPU of the era. Its reputation on Bitcointalk directly funded confidence in Avalon's first ASIC.
